Exhibition
Workflow

Our exhibition process was a true team effort, combining creativity, planning, and collaboration. It usually started with meetings alongside curators and program officers to understand the exhibition theme, key messages, and space layout. From there, I would develop visual concepts and design proposals, including the exhibition title logo, promotional graphics, wall texts, captions, and directional signage.

Once approved, I coordinated with photographers, printers, and production teams to bring everything to life—ensuring all materials were delivered on time and to the highest standard. During setup, I often worked onsite to oversee installation, make layout adjustments, and support last-minute changes. From concept to opening day, every detail mattered to create a seamless and meaningful visitor experience.

HKMOA Branding Works

As part of the design team, I contributed to the branding refresh of HKMOA—helping develop a visual system that balanced tradition with a contemporary edge. My work supported exhibition graphics, signage, and promotional materials that brought the new brand to life across the museum.
