Design Officer II -
Cultural Presentation
2015 - 2022
Main responsibilities
As part of the Cultural Presentation Section, I handled design and photography for a wide range of large-scale performances and international arts events. From classical concerts to modern music shows, I created branding and marketing visuals that captured the spirit of each program. I also led photography shoots and supported cross-department collaborations to bring each event to life.

Workflow
Each project began with a briefing session where I met with program officers to understand the theme, artists involved, and target audience. From there, I developed visual concepts tailored to the event—this included posters, leaflets, stage visuals, and social media graphics.
After concept approval, I prepared final artworks, managed translations and print production, and worked closely with photographers and vendors to ensure everything met the timeline. I also supported onsite needs, such as photo documentation and last-minute design adjustments. The goal was always to create visuals that captured the spirit of each performance and connected with the public.

Editoral & Leaflet Design
As part of the design team, I contributed to the branding refresh of HKMOA—helping develop a visual system that balanced tradition with a contemporary edge. My work supported exhibition graphics, signage, and promotional materials that brought the new brand to life across the museum.
